There's a post within a "3000mAh" thread somewhere in the general section that mentions how to get a 3000mAh battery into the Nexus 5 - I'm pretty sure it involved a LG G2 battery and de-soldering the N5's battery pcb and resoldering it to the G2 battery.

Edit, found it: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...8&postcount=70

Google Nexus 5
ROM: Stock 4.4.4 (Rooted) :: Kernel: Franco
Recovery: ClockworkMod Touch 6.0.4.5

If the business is BBB credited I'm pretty sure this isn't a scam site. but I don't know because they do have a few negative reviews on there.

I think I just may take the dive..maybe after I'll do a review who knows.
You obviously know nothing about the BBB or how it works

Why not just buy battery case? Its a case with battery built in. Internal battery plus the battery case will go way over 4500mah.

I saw one for about $50 on amazon.
only con is that adds little thickness but I think its better approach over risk breaking trying open up the phone.
