[Q] Nexus 5 cracked screen replacement process?

So I've had my nexus 5 since December and I've just recently dropped it on tiled floor (I know, stupid right?)

The crack is a spider web style crack, but it's just the glass and the screen still works properly w/o any graphical defects.

I've heard the replacement process is around $150 and I would like to understand how the RMA process works (Like sending it to LG and how I'll get my device back.)

Never really RMA'd a phone before and I'm a little skeptical of the process. Thanks.

(Also the phone is from the Google play store, not from a carrier.)
