1.Boot to safe mode and make a run for sometime that will gives an idea whether any apps causing this !

2.If again the same issue then flash the factory 4.4.4 image and make a run !

Flash the 4.4.3 factory image. But back up everything on your phone first because it will wipe the device

I would start by just flashing the system.img and cache.img from 4.4.4. That will not wipe your device
