Default [Q] Nexus 5 shutdown immediately after boot

Any ideas on why this is happening to my phone?

Attached is a logcat of the phone at boot before I did a full wipe. The problem still persists after wiping.

Try using another usb cable, if your device isn't even charging that could be one of the issues. A 2nd option is to let it charge while its powered off then after a half hr to an hr power it back on

I've identified the issue to be a faulty temperature sensor readings.

Is there anyway to ignore the readings or override them?

I've edited thermal-engine.conf but it does not solve the issue
