I'd stay away from toolkits, always best to just do it yourself. Download the system image, and use fastboot to flash it. I'd try flashing just boot.img first and if that doesn't work then flash the system.img. If you just flash it normally you shouldn't lose any of your data. Just don't run the flash all script.

Download it from here- https://developers.google.com/androi...mmerheadkot49h

Fastboot commands-
Code:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash system system.img
\m/(-_-)\m/

Please don't make multiple threads asking the same question. You are just cluttering up the forums. http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...php?p=48465035

First thank you both. I have used the way commented bonk (because cmd and me are not friends), but thanks to you. I have again my nexus. But i am now so scared and I waited a little before returning to do these things (or at least with a good translator) thanks again.
My problem is resolved.
To DowntownJeffBrown i sorry understand me, I was puzzled and I found no way to delete it. by the end of the text that I had got wrong.
