I'm writing this because i've tried it all and I really need to know what I can do.

So after I updated to the 4.4.4 update my phone would become hot every once in a while, I looked it up and it seemed to be a normal isssue, SO due to this I rarely used it not it started with one time when i was using it it turned off and it didnt turn back on for some time.
this happened once in a while 3 times in total. Now the last time this had happened when the phone turned back on it was taking forever and now my phonje seems to clear all the information whenever its booted up. It comes up to the welcome menu as if I had ran a factory reset, Ive tried flashing the file but as soon as I try flashing it it completes something then it resets and when it resets the bootloader becomes locked again so the process can never really finish.

Also the internal memory of my 32GB phone says its 128mb when i check.

CAn someone tell me how to fix this?

I guess your eMMC or nand drive has issues , RMA is your last option.
