1. Search on google for how to setup adb and fastboot correctly
2. Download stock rom from google.
3. Make sure you have unlocked bootloader. If your bl is locked type this in cmd: fastboot oem unlock
4. Extract the stock rom from google.
5. Duble click on flash-all.bat

Well im newish to this so excuse how ridiculous this is about to sound. I extracted it to the desktop, and then tried extracting it to the toolkit in an images folder. I know... you probably just face palmed

Delete the files u extracted...not the factory image you downloaded tho...after that make a folder on ur desktop named nexus 5...then extract the image into the nexus 5 folder only. Then pm me when that's done

When I do step 5 it says 'fastboot' is not recognized as an external or internal command.

Type fastboot devices

It should output ur serial number and say bootloader

Ur phone has to be at boot loader to run the flash all.bat
