Default Anyone have power button issues?

Recently, it seems like my power button is going out. When I push it, sometimes it won't come on until I hit the button a few times. Other times it works great. Occasionally, when I lock the screen, it seems like it sticks. The phone will automatically come back on when I try to lock it. I'm not sure what's really going on, but it doesn't seem to be the ROM as I've tried a few. Also tried a few kernels. Am I the only one having an issue like this?
Nexus 5 - AICP
T-Mobile GS3 T999L - Dandroid - GONE
ATT GS3 i-747 - Intergalactic 3.0 - GONE
HTC Inspire 4G - many different ROMs - GONE

I don't know how handy you are but if you are handy and don't mind opening up your phone then you should do a quick inspection. It might be dirt build up. Try a Qtip and some alcohol.

There is a guide by ifixit.com on how to dismantle the Nexus 5.
