I execute this commands. As a result, I saw "google play no connection", when I opened the market. Then I re-login to Google account. Like, now everything is working correctly. Thank you for help!

Unfortunately, the problem appeared again. Probably the problem is hidden somewhere in the depths.

Bummer. I'm afraid you're going to have to start thinking about a factory reset. Just back up your data first so you can easily restore everything afterward. Don't back up any system apps.
