Question [Q] Running e2fsck (file system check) on non-rooted Android phone

So, the questions remains - how can I run e2fsck without rooting/unlocking my phone (and possibly voiding its warranty)?
I'm asking it 'cause my Nexus 5 has crashed at least ten (10) times during the past month. I'm quite concerned about the consistency of its partitions (on boot I saw over 50 messages in regard to the state of one of my partitions - "ext4_orphan_cleanup: deleting unreferenced inode").
