[Q] Screen defect? Light strip along top of screen, not light bleed.

I only recently noticed that a strip along the top of my screen is lighter than the rest of the screen. This is different than the screen bleed, which is gradual and you see really at only extreme viewing angles. This lightness is even and follows along several rows of pixels.

I should note that I am using Franco Kernel, but I don't see why that would result in this kind of strip.

Is this a screen defect? What would cause this?

I have the same issue. I'm not sure if it was like that from the beginning or just happened gradually.

Did you end up exchanging it or keeping it?
