So I installed one of the Android L previews and now for some reason I now when I download something from Chrome or take a picture I get a message saying no SD card. Is there a way to fix this?

You need to re-flash then boot into recovery and clear cache and factory reset

This.

You have to completely wipe everything including internal storage as L formats/reads it different somehow.
