Hello,
I've made a stupid mistake,
I am using cm11 and I tried to flash faux's kernel, in the middle I had problems with twrp so I formatted the sd card.
I don't have nandroid backup, and I can't transfer files through the recovery (is there a way?).
Please help me.

You need to use adb push to transfer a ROM to the phone while in recovery, then flash it.

Chromium is right. If that won't succeed, try this http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2513937

[TOOL] 12/11/13 One Click Factory Restore KOT49H 4.4.2 (dead or alive)

I had the same problem, adb push didn't work so I tried this tool. You will lose everything: sd files, apps, contacts and also your root.

Good luck!
