Default [Q] Swap long press and tap behaviour on quick settings pulldown

Hey everyone, new owner of a nexus 5 here. Just upgraded from my s3. First thing I did was unlock bootloader and root. I am using gravitybox with xposed and its perfect.

The only thing that I can't figure out how to do is swap long press and tap actions for the quick settings pulldown. For example if i tap wifi it brings me to the wifi settings and if i long press it, it toggles wifi on and off. I want to have a tap to toggle the wifi and a long press to bring up the settings. Is there a way to do this? This behavior seems much more natural to me.

Thanks!

Gravity Box can do that. Or just flash Cataclysm rom and scrap off xposed altogether
