Default Text messaging issues

So I'm having a issue with texts. When I go to send s text it takes longer than normal to send most of the time. On both T-Mobile and att! And with att I have an microcell so its not an coverage issue. I'm afraid I might miss texts last night I had to reboot my phone before I could get or send a text.

Sent from my Nexus 5 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
My Build: ASRock 970 Extreme4 | Amd FX-6300 OC to 4.5Ghz | Nvidia GTX-650-Ti | 8GB 1600 | 120GB Samsung 840 SSD | 500GB Hard Drive | Windows 7 Pro | NZXT 810 White Case.
Current Phone: White Nexus 5 16GB

disable - enable text msg app
if nothing change then factory reset will solve it.

Disable What? Enable text msg app? You mean a 3rd party texting app? Same thing.

Factory reset too. Does the same on a 32gb Nexus 5 as well.
