I was wondering if it was possible that when your screen is off, google can handle "ok google" commands? And if it would be possible that your phone gives you voice feedback instead of text.

Like, It's 7am, you just woke up, and you don't know the time. Your phone lies on the table, you don't want to get out of your cocooning bed.
You just say: "OK google, what is the time?"
And your beloved phone answers by" It's 7am"
SWEEET I can snooze for 20 more mins!

Is this possible? or is my imagination misbehaving once again?

Moto X has this I believe, but you can't on nexus 5 (yet). You could install OpenMic+ For Google now from the play store, but it might kill your battery life.

No. It's not possible right now. However, you could use an app like Open Mic+ https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...penMic.Pheonix which has few useful features but it sucks out your battery quickly!
