Default Back to stock without USB port?

After my USB port stopped working I called the Google support and they sent me a new n5. Now I have to sent my "old" n5 with the broken usb port back. I already locked the bootloader and untampered my n5 but how can I:

Flash the stock ROM
Flash stock recovery
Wipe all my personal data

Without the usb port?

I would recommend you do this in this order:
  • Unlock bootloader with BootUnlocker
  • Download and flash rooted Stock ROM (odexed) via recovery
  • Flash stock Recovery.img via flashify (reboot to confirm worked)
  • Lock Bootloader via BootUnlocker (reset tamper too)
  • Use SuperSU option to "FullUnroot"
  • Factory reset via menu

Looks as good as any. You'll need to remove busybox before you unroot too. Check for /system/bin and /system/xbin /busybox

What do we have to remove into /system/bin?
I see the busybox file in /system/xbin but nothing in the first directory.

It really depends on the method of installing busybox. Some ROMs have it in xbin, some in bin... Some kernels come bundled with busybox and it can also be installed from play. There will usually only be one instance of busybox, but always check both locations.
