Default USB hosting like the Xperia Z1 on Nexus 5.

Hi guys, I had the chance of having the Xperia Z1 and testing the usb hosting on the phone, when you open the file explorer that comes with the xperia it will let you choose the internal, external (otg) or sd card memory. As we know on the nexus if your not rooted you have to use the nexus media importer (read only)

Is there a way (without rooting) that I can have the usb hosting like in the Xperia Z1.
Message sent from my Nexus 5, or maybe was my Old Alienware, don't remember!!!

Not without rooting (or at least not without a custom kernel)
