I switched to ART... and BOOM my nexus now is very very good...
I flashed bricked kernel and setted mdpdecision
stock ROM
no overclock
no undervolt
I have 22 hours of battery, 3 hours of screen and 1 hour of call
what's your best configuration? and how I can modify mine to improve?

check the franco kernel thread, try UVing and underclocking

i use 10% brightness, UV - 75 , and underclock to 1.5ghz and i can get 6hours SOT easily on wifi

i don't have gps on, no location on, no syncs, mostly just surfing the web, tapatalk, mobile forums, playstore update apps, twitter, 9gag,etc

I just use my phone as it was meant to be used. Have one gmail account that syncs automatically, never use WiFi, LTE always on, GPS left on, adjust screen brightness depending on my surroundings. My point is I do nothing special for battery and still get 4-4 hours screen on average over 2 days. 100% stock unrooted.
Nothing against custom kernels, but in my experience battery life doesn't really change under same usage scenarios, mostly just placebo effect. Everybody is going to have different results simply because everybody uses their phone differently.

ART itself isn't going to save you much battery. There is potential there but it's not going to be very noticeable right now.

Disabling auto sync can save a lot of wakes with the screen off, also not having Google now update weather cards constantly. Getting rid of the mostly gimmicky hot word detection increased screen on time from when just swiping around the home screen, and WiFi always scanning off helped when using a data connection.

Average 5 hours SoT on stock.

I get 5 hours screen time without custom kernels or undervolting. All I do is greenify all the apps I don't need to be awake.
