Unhappy Whoo boy, help please

So, I rooted - np. Installed TWRP w/ CM and GA on the SD card ready to install. Foolishly wiped EVERYTHING via TWRP. Got myself stuck. How to I get (any) version of android back on the phone now. Computer doesn't recognize the phone at all, so Android File Transfer won't let me transfer the CM ROM over. Thanks so much for any quick suggestions.

boot recovery and adb push.or sideload

Please read stickies in Q&A and general. Between them they tell you all you need to know.

Would you please use descriptive thread titles in future? Thanks

Twrp really need to sort that out, to me standard wipe should be system /cache and dalvik then choose advanced for data + sd options

no need to wipe cache and dalvik. This is done by "factory reset / wipe data" option
