Which Wi-Fi calling apps do you use from the play store since the Nexus 5 doesn't have native Wi-Fi calling?

So I don't need to be on T-Mobile use that? How do you access it? I am going to get a Nexus 5 once I get paid.

Isn't groove just an app like Skype?

You need an online sip provider who you would pay to make internet calls. There may be free ones too but I don't know.
