recommend me dns changer app

yo guys I need a dns changer app, previously on my xperia ray and note 1,I was using this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=uk.co.mytechie.setDNS&hl=en, it works well, but this is incompatible with nexus 5, I have also tried several apps and non of them is working[can be installed but no effect]

so what are some that is working on nexus 5? thanks

You don't need apps
I made it manually from advanced network settings
