Could you provide links for the roms that yiu used so i can stay on the safe side instead of flashing the wrong rom.

With the system app trick it works with v4a now. Thank you.

I used the Stock Rom (download from Google server)

Stock means originally developed by Google. The official Rom for Nexus 5

I just uninstalled Neutron Music Player. Play Music plays music really well with VIPER4Android. Glad the system app trick worked for you, too. I'll test it with my headphones later today and if it gives it a nice bass kick, I'll uninstall Poweramp, too. That's all I have Poweramp for - bass in my headphones.
