Found a way to do this. But its not really what i wanted, i just want du change the NavBar Height.
Is there a way to du this?

If you have root then download texdroider_DPI from the playstore and set your preffered DPI in there....reboot...done! However if your running custom rom and the dev pushes a update out then it'll set to default dpi
