Default Permanantly Activate Chromecast button on all compatible apps

Is it possible to Permanantly Activate Chromecast button on all compatible apps. I have a rooted nexus 5 and would like to know. Thanks

Not that I know of. The presence of the Cast icon depends on whether there are Chromecasts discovered on the local WiFi network. Even if the button was there, it wouldn't know what to connect to or where to send the request.

It would be nice to have that button present at all times because I connect my Chromecast to my hotspot some times and play things through my phone. Thanks my friend!
