Plz S-OFF your device before you flash it !!!!!!!!
FLASH IT AT YOUR OWN RISK, IF YOUR DEVICE BRICK DON'T PM ME!!

This modified HBOOT will remove the red text that displayed on the boot/restart/recovery splash screen when you unlocked your Butterfly s
I just removed the red text in the HBOOT, no other changes.
I have this device and tested, it is 81000% proven to work

This build is for development purposes only Do not distribute outside of HTC without HTC's written permission. Failure to comply may lead to legal action

--------

How to flash it?

1. Download the modified HBOOT by me below
2. Copy Red_text_PL68IMG.zip to your adb/fastboot directory
3. Restart your Butterfly s to fastboot mode (Hold Volume Down + Power Button, choose fastboot and press PWR Button again)
4. Enter these commands to the terminal/command prompt in the fastboot directory
fastboot devices (Check your Butterfly s whether connected to the computer or not)
fastboot oem rebootRUU (Reboot to RUU Mode)
fastboot flash zip Red_text_PL68IMG.zip (Flash the modified HBOOT zip to your Butterfly s)

Quote:

Important: the flash process halts at around 75% to 90% on phone screen! This is normal and a safety precaution!
The last few percent is the reboot, which is NOT happening automatically, so you get a chance to check the console output before reboot to make sure it is safe to reboot!
The bar will only fill up to 100% once you type the following command:

fastboot reboot-bootloader (Reboot to bootloader)

--------

After your type these commands, you are done, reboot your device to check the splash screen

Enjoy & Be cafeful you flash this HBOOT, it's will lose your warranty!
