What he comment is true. I have same issue for fresh installation.
Battery history graph, WiFi showing turn on but settings showing turn off.

The phone is normal I don't have noise sound. Please full wipes for each new svn update.

sorry, totally no idea how to use svn. have checked 1st OP but donno which one should be download.
btw, i can restore my msgs by super backup from external sdcard.
