Smile [FIX] Working wifi, usb and bluetooth tether!

Hey guys, i am found way to fix wifi, usb and bluetooth tether!
  1. Copy framework-res.apk from device (adb pull /system/framework/framework-res.apk)
  2. Back up apk.
  3. Decompile it (apktool d framework-res.apk)
  4. browse to framework-res/res/values and open arrays.xml
  5. Find "<string-array name="config_tether_usb_regexs">"
  6. Replace from "<string-array name="config_tether_usb_regexs">" to "<array name="config_mobile_hotspot_provision_app"/>" with
    Code:
        <string-array name="config_tether_usb_regexs">
            <item>rndis0</item>
        </string-array>
        <string-array name="config_tether_wifi_regexs">
            <item>wlan\\d</item>
        </string-array>
        <array name="config_tether_wimax_regexs" />
        <string-array name="config_tether_bluetooth_regexs">
            <item>bnep\\d</item>
        </string-array>
        <array name="config_tether_dhcp_range" />
        <array name="config_mobile_hotspot_provision_app" />
  7. Save
  8. Compile (apktool b framework-res)
  9. COPY META-INF AND ANDROIDMANIFEST.XML FROM OLD APK!
  10. Copy this file to /system/framework using RootExplorer
  11. Reboot phone
  12. Done

Can anyone confirm this or at least give us required apk changed and ready to be included in rom (cm, or others?)

EDIT: my mistake... Tested working on cyanogenmod!!! Placed META-INF and replaced AndroidManifest.xml with 7zip GUI in new framework-res.apk, pushed it with adb push /system/framework, phone reboots and it works!

</string-array>

You removed usb0 from regexes, and USB tethering did not work for me, however, when I changed only wlan, everything is working on Cyanogenmod.

How to "COPY META-INF AND ANDROIDMANIFEST.XML FROM OLD APK!" I skip it and get in boot loop...
Phone: HTC Desire C
ROM: STOCK CM10 Nope 700


Phone: Galaxy i5500

You can open new apk with 7zip and just drag them.
