Nope, Since you've installed minimal and which didn't work well, So you have to make complete wipe again and flash rom with one of appropriate GApps(Nano/Pico).

On 4ext recovery you may find an option under /mount section to format everything except sd card, do that, then go back to install section and Flash ROM and GApps.

Reboot System if S-OFF Or Reboot into bootloader and flash boot.img if S-ON.

done as you said, "format everything except sd card" (it's under wipe section), seems to be all ok now with Pico gapps, tyvm!

I'd try to install this Rom twice, 11S-M9-R1 & 11S-M9 versions! but both times i got an error when chosing "install .zip from sdcard". the error says "failed to update" or something like this and the installation of the Rom canceled. I use 4ext recovery version 1.0.0.5 RC9! My phone is S-OFF & I think I'd unlocked the bootloader when using advanced hack kit 3 years ago!

Also I tried to download TWRP recovery, but I didn't know how to flash that! maybe my problem is with the recovery!

I'll be happy if you help me...

Yeah its from your recovery.
Make sure to be on the latest version.
be sure to read more on how to flash recovery.

I 've been using it for the past few days and it works like a charm.

Since yesterday though I am getting some problems. First the phone would stay always awake, I fixed that by going to privacy guard and denying any google apps / services access to keep awake if I saw that they made tons of requests.

Now the wifi keeps staying on regardless if I choose: keep on while plugged or never while sleeping. The phone does go into deep sleep but the wifi appears on the whole time.

Anyone knows a solution to this problem?

ps: the only modification I did was changing cpu max from ~1024 to ~1200.

In my opinion ,you should uncheck "Scanning always available" in advanced Wifi settings

Please, don't quote the whole OP.

Try using 4ext recovery instead.

I have a problem with this. I installed this rom to my HTC DESIRE HD phone, but GPS is not working.
I tryed the GPS Status and others. Well, I do not solve this problem. Can you help my with my GPS problem? What and where I have to set to work GPS.

How?
My Radio was: 12.39a.60.19u_26.06.06.30M (bad with GPS)
New Radio is: 12.69.60.29_26.17.14.11_M (working perfectly the GPS)

Update: found it and updated. Everything works perfect even the Hangouts notifications.
