Hi there!

I'm looking at upgrading the hboot of my dhd but I can't find a straighforward tutorial on how to do this.
At the moment, I'm running CM10.1 (it's my 3rd or 4th rom, device is rooted) and since I've some free time, I'm looking at trying KitKat.
But first it seems I need to upgrade my recovery and hboot.

Recovery was upgraded successfully through adb to a kitkat compatible version (CMW Advanced).
Now I don't know how to upgrade that hboot.
Device is running and it seems I need to upgrade to 2.00.0029.

Also, will I be able to keep that hboot if I don't want to keep a kitkat rom (resource usage seems to be heavy) ?

Any help's appreciated!

Run last official RUU(2.3.5),It will automatically update hboot 2.00.0029. Or If you're S-OFF then you may look for related hboot mentioned somewhere, put in sd card and restart device in bootloader mode. It will prompt you automatically to update. follow on screen instructions and all set.

Just get yourself Xposed Framework. and download as many frameworks which covered from look to build no. everything you can change to make it KITKAT.
