He asked what ROM did you flashed.

If you have HBOOT 2.00.x you have to type in cmd adb commands.
What is your HBOOT? (It's in fastboot)

From your pc:
Find the file boot.img in your rom.zip file and extract it.
Then start the phone in fastboot mode. That is: from powered down, press and hold volume down, meanwhile press power until screen come on.
Release volume when bootloader appears.
Select fastboot using volume up/down and press power to select.
Connect phone to pc
When drivers are required, you need to install them.
Type on the pc:
Fastboot flash boot boot.img
Reboot the phone when finished.
First boot of phone can take up to 10 minutes due to dalvik needing to be compiled.

Is your rom compatible with your phone? Is the download complete? (does the checksum match)
You flash the boot.img file to the phone after you have flashed the rom.zip
As you didn't mention that you S-off your phone, I assume you are still S-on and used HTC-dev-unlock.
So you can flash a rom with your phone, but need a pc to flash the kernel (=boot.img)
I did write the command above. I will clarify it here: use a command window and type
Fastboot (.exe file on pc) flash (command) boot (place to flash to) boot.img (file to flash) [enter]
