Default [Q] My Android OS got Courepted - Mobile is not geting on

I ve got HTC Desire -S, its working fine for past 2 yrs with android 2.3, Am a mid level computer user,

Yesterday i format the OS, (root the mobile, flash the existing os, and installed the new one) now my mobile is not working at all.

I think the new OS is not installing properly

I can access only the fast boot option. I see only the HTC logo for some seconds and the screen goes black with screen light on... Nothing happen for more than 1 hour. I forgot to take backup before formation the mobile

He asked what ROM did you flashed.

If you have HBOOT 2.00.x you have to type in cmd adb commands.
What is your HBOOT? (It's in fastboot)

From your pc:
Find the file boot.img in your rom.zip file and extract it.
Then start the phone in fastboot mode. That is: from powered down, press and hold volume down, meanwhile press power until screen come on.
Release volume when bootloader appears.
Select fastboot using volume up/down and press power to select.
Connect phone to pc
When drivers are required, you need to install them.
Type on the pc:
Fastboot flash boot boot.img
Reboot the phone when finished.
First boot of phone can take up to 10 minutes due to dalvik needing to be compiled.
