Bootloader no connetion

Hello there! As the title says, while phone is in bootloader, I don't have the USB connetion (no matter than phone shows that I do).... I have flashed TWRP but when I'm trying to install SuperSU I get the error: E: Unble to mount '/cache' . In the result, I have the SuperSU app but it say that it can't find binaries..... Does anyone knows how to fix that?

Try flashing the supersu flashable zip again, you can even find the updated binary flashable zip

I already tried flashing SU many times, getting same error every time. Where I can find that zip you are talking about?
