I need help with my HTC Desire SV

I have HTC Desire SV running 4.0.4 ice cream sandwich. not rooted. I'm in Syria. HTC Desire SV Rebooting on its own and gives me an error report. any help please???

You are supposed to post in the desire sv forum, what error does it show?

Oh try factory reset if that doesn't work, check the battery if it is bloated or it could be overheating.

I tried factory reset fro the fastboot but it didn't solve the problem. I want to upgrade to official jelly bean but I need an explanation with the needed files. another thing: I want to direct me to the desire sv section because I couldn't find it. thanks for helping me.
