Default [Q] Confused with the english regarding Firmware update

Hello guys,

First of all, i know this might be the same old question but i have searching for 1 day and i think im more confused with the english it self rather then the way to do it.

So my situation is like this:

I got the HTC one m8 (international version: im from Macau).

Im running HD Rev 11 custom rom, my phone is already S-OFF. but im running the wrong (bootloader) version-baseband: 1.16.21331831.A16G.
Because this causes the phone to take a long time to boot since is not running the correct baseband version of latest official HTC One 2.22.401.5 (WWE) firmware (10.x series).

My phone info:
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 3.16.0.0000
(bootloader) version-baseband: 1.16.21331831.A16G
(bootloader) cidnum: 11111111 (i did this since i couldnt find the same version as mine).

Since i already got S-OFF and CID:111111. what should be the correct way of updating my firmware ?
And do i really need the correct Recovery?

Thanks again and sorry for this being a repetitive post.

You can download the 2.22.401.5 firmware and - as you are s-off and gained superCID - flash it the following way:

in CMD

1) adb reboot bootloader
2) fastboot oem rebootRUU (black screen with silver HTC logo)
3) fastboot flash zip firmwarename.zip
ATTENTION: PERFORM THIS STEP A SECOND TIME FOR THE FIRMWARE TO BE FLASHED CORRECTLY!
It has to shoy successful at the end!
4) fastboot flash zip firmwarename.zip
5) fastboot reboot-bootloader (to confirm new firmware version)
6) re-flash custom recovery (will be gone after FW update)
7) fastboot reboot (enjoy the bootanimation of ARHD 11 )

Make sure the MID is tally with the one in intended firmware.
