You need to confirm the zip is correct.

Also note, encrypted RUU.zip can't be opened with winzip/winrar or native windows explorer. Sometimes 7-zip can open half the file sometimes can't.

Sigh.... So, everythings good.... everythings ready (Zip file integrity confirmed etc etc....)

BUT....

Cant S-OFF the device.... :crying: Have tried everything.... Including running Firewater a few times.... No joy.... Any other ideas???

Its working with 7zip i can confirm that
but i think you have to be S-off first i tried else everything but no luck i emailed the IR-files.com because i bought the file from them lets see what they will answer

Well, believe me, 948 mb is not full ROM. Full rom size is around 1.3-1.4gb. This means file you uploaded is missing some parts.

i think that because i already s-off my device by sunshine and now i tried to install but same problem

As I said, file is corrupted. It's missing more than 400mb of data...

Hi. Did you pay to download the first file from somewhere? If so maybe you can contact the site and report the file as incomplete/corrupt? If I get time today/tomorrow and can get sunshine to work for S-OFF (another $25) then I will consider paying for the new file .....

In the mean time if anyone else can post an original TWRP backup of their original ROM that would be useful.... I get a "bootloop" with the previous one posted when its installed after first reboot? (2014-07-18--10-47-34 KOT49H release-keys)

1-first of all you have to recharge ur device to 100%
2-bootloader must be locked (http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2708571)
3- Rename the file to 0P6BIMG or 0P6BDIAG and copy it to ur SDCard
4- boot to bootloader
5- choose HBoot it will detected from itself and it will ask u for update choose yes and Done

The cooks of m8 roms seem not to be amused to do their job for our dual SIM device. Maybe we have to become a little louder to show them that there is enough interest. But honestly I don't even know, how many users are out there and if they need custom roms, as we do. First we should get our own thread, as we already have our own recovery. I actually play around with sdcard and dot view case. But I feel
getting bored, so flashing a custom Rom could be a solution. The first cook of our Rom will get nice donation from me
