Does HTC send a Refurb with htc one advantage??

So im wondering, do they send out a refurb phone or fix your current phone?? how does the whole process work?

I sent my phone in for repair, got the same phone back.

Also, HTC was awesome customer service wise. An actual person answered the phone right away, joked about the cracked screen, and had the replacement phone on its way in under 5 mins. Def not what i'm used to with corporations.

Thanks guys, thats exactly the info i needed, my dad broke his phone so we needed to know the process, im happy to hear the customer service is great!
