Hi. I have a similar problem. After flashing the ROM with Android 4.4.3 I'm unable to connect to the Wifi at work. But I'm still able to connect to the Wifi at home.

And yes, we have a Wifi repeater at work.

Yes we have similar problem with the latest firmware. Hope we'll get a fix by HTC.

simple
is not an issue or bug When you login whit your Google play acount there is an option something like let Google app scan for WiFi network even when WiFi off uncheck that and no wWiFi on when WiFi off
