Unhappy [Q] Root went wrong

hello
have tried to root my HTC One max.
everything went well until I'd kick off Rumrunner.
may only error,
Now the phone will not start, stays on the HTC logo.
entering the boot and recovery but do not know how I should do?
is from Sweden so my english sucks as I type

All you need to root is flash a custom recovery via fastboot and then flash su.

You would then and only then try running firewater.

how do I do that? I do not understand how firewater works?
