Default [Q] T-Mob Update Risky?

I have the m8 rooted unlocked s-off'ed. I have not removed bloatware
or flashed roms. What are scenarios for accepting or not accepting this update.

Thank you any help is appreciated.

This forum is for the M7 variant, but if M8 is similar you will have to put the stock recovery back on the phone. If you unlocked it, then there is the possibility that your data/preload apps are missing and these will have to be replaced because the OTA will check for it. You might check with the HTC One M8 forum, I'm quite sure this is a big topic over there right now.
