HTC one V unlock bootlder problem!

Default HTC one V unlock bootlder problem!

hi guys, i hvae an htc one v gsm model , i instruct htc suport website instructions to ublock but in first step i press vol up + power for selecting BOOTLOADER (http://www.htcdev.com/bootloader/unlock-instructions)
but nothing happens,just it boots to android....
Help me plz

Volume up? Why did you use volume up instead of volume down to go to bootloader?

Hold Vol-down and then press Power button while Vol-down is still pressed. You may release Vol-down button a bit later (even when you will see HBoot screen).
It may be required to repeat the same steps if Volume button is not working well. This really happens when a phone is heavily used.

sorry i means 'vol Down + power'

i do that several time through your describtion , like former attempts nothing..... its just booting to os.
it frustrates me.
