First off, I hope this is in the right place. I thought I'd stick it in the forum dedicated to the phone I'm using for a safe bet.

Anyway, I'm using Rom Manager to update CWM, which was apparently successful (the app tells me I'm on ClockworkMod 6.0.4.8), but when I boot into recovery I still appear to be on 5.8.4.0.
I even went and purchased CWM Touch and flashed that with Rom Manager, which also seemed to do absolutely nothing.
Maybe I'm being dense and missing something obvious, as I'm still fairly new to this kind of thing. I was hoping somebody here could shed some light on this issue.
Thanks

You need to fastboot flash the new recovery. Rom manager is useless to a s-on device like the hox.
