How to Restore Pics deleted after a Custom ROM is installed?

I have wiped all possibles during installing a custom ROM. During this process, I lost some important pics. Would you please help m out in restoring them back...

mount your sd card and use some program to restore the deleted picture if you have luck you can restore some of them
