When I make or receive a call the person on the other side struggles to hear me even though I can hear them great. This as only just started and as far as I know I've not damaged the phone. Just wanted to know as anyone else had this problem and is there a fix before I get in touch with HTC and try sending it back

Have you got a little pin or paper clip. Try cleaning out the little microphone hole at the bottom

I just had this issue. It's a faulty Mic. A common one too once I did research. Return to stock and send for repair.
