Zip file is already on sdcard, but when I swipe to install, twrp comes with following message:

Updating partition deiatls....
E: Unable to mount '/system'
Error flashing zip '/sdcard/
Updating partition details...
E: Unable to mount '/system'

Should I install boot.img from the zip file as the first?

Really sorry for such noob questions....
