I was just going off of what the user who said it worked for was saying. He said he got "android-tools-fastboot_4.2.2+git20130218-0ubuntu2+1~webupd8~precise_i386.deb" from Firefox

That's about where my Linux knowledge ends. I know there's a couple android packages you can get the way I mentioned through terminal. But aside from that I don't know how to install em.
