Hello,

I have a HTC ONE with a broken bootloader.

The only way to unbrick it, is may be to activate the 'Qualcomm download mode'.
For Samsung devices there is a USB-Jig.
Like this one usbjig.com

Is there something equal for HTC devices ?
Or maybe there is another Methode to actived download mode ?

Jtag would be your best bet. There are plenty of services online that can repair your B/L using Jtag.

like this one for example:
http://touch.adverts.ie/phone/unbric...ervice/2725970

They usually cost $40/50.

Thank you, I also read about JTag ... using Riffbox, but I'am not sure if it is a good Idea to open the HTC ONE, after I see the teardown of it
