[Q] "Timely Has Stopped"

My daughter's Kindle Fire 2 HD keeps getting this message. It is rooted using Kindle Fire First Aide (though I don't know where to find the most current version). I just re-rean the root process this morning as it didn't help. I don't know what the "timely" process is or how I get rid of it. Although I'm a fairly savvy computer user, these tablets seem to confuse the heck out of me!
