Default [Q] Accidently deleted everything in TWRP!

Just yesterday I was about to flash a new ROM in TWRP. When it came to the wiping part, i accidently ticked all of the boxes and deleted everything I've tried connecting it to my windows 8 PC and I get errors saying the USB cord malfunctioned. I need help!

First, get a new USB cord. You will have to adb push files, and you need a good cord. You can install bootloaders and twrp as well with adb.

Sent from my Amazon OtterX using XDA Free mobile app

Did you disable driver signature enforcement? and then install drivers from Kindle Fire Utility's install.drivers.bat?
