So i just rooted my kindle fire and this app came up

But it has a bunch of things greyed out. I hit get elite but it sends me to the kindle store and says there is no app for it.

Is this something you have to pay for? If so is there any alternative to it?

There are 3 different Superuser options
#Superuser-by CLOCKWORKMOD (koush)
Superuser by CHAINSDD
SuperSU by CHAINFIRE

Depending on the Device, android version, and apps, one superuser may work better than another

you have Superuser by CHAINSDD to get the pro version buy
Superuser Elite
for most users the pro version is not necessary

SuperSU is a popular alternative
there is also a pro version
SuperSU Pro

superuser is your firewall to root access, it is used to allow/deny root access to apps requesting root access.
