He can not just "uninstall patch", but he can use backup of rom, if he have one....

P.S. First rule is, backup current rom before you do anything....

Yes you can with Root Uninstaller or Root App Delete, Titanium Backup, etc etc.

No you can not uninstall patch, you are talking about apps, those (patch) are system files we are talking about, look in to zip files, there is no .apk files...

Yes you are right. This could be done by erasing this files with one root explorer app, and be replaced by a patch.
Just patch this file to restore original files.

Patch for wake with Vol + & vol - on 124ROW works well...
